Join us at Wildcatter Ranch for a hands-on, immersive workshop designed to help you improve soil health, increase forage production, and make smarter, more profitable grazing decisions.
May 26th - 28th
Walk Away With a Plan — Not Just Ideas
Over three days, you’ll gain real-world knowledge you can apply immediately:
Adaptive Grazing Strategies to maximize forage and animal performance
Regenerative Principles to rebuild soil and ecosystem health
Scaling Grazing Systems for growing herds and larger operations
Pasture Improvement Techniques to boost productivity naturally
Water System Design for drought-prone environments
This is field-tested knowledge, not theory.

Hosted at Wildcatter Ranch & Resort, this workshop combines:
Classroom learning
In-field demonstrations
Real-time problem solving
Hands-on application
You won’t just hear about regenerative practices—you’ll see them in action and understand how to apply them to your own operation.

Participants will gain practical insight into:
Building soil health through organic management
Using diverse cover crop systems
Integrating biological principles into crop production
Transitioning to Organic Production
Lessons from real-world organic farming experience
Practical strategies you can apply to your own operation
The event also provides opportunities to network with farmers and members of the organic agriculture community.

Fernando Falomir is a leading educator and practitioner in regenerative agriculture, specializing in adaptive grazing and whole-system land management. Burke Teichert is a nationally recognized leader in ranch management, livestock production, and regenerative grazing systems. With decades of experience managing large-scale ranches and consulting with operations across the country, Burke brings a deep understanding of how to build profitable, efficient, and resilient livestock enterprises.
A longtime consultant with Understanding Ag, Burke is known for his practical, results-driven approach—helping producers reduce inputs, improve grazing management, and enhance overall ranch performance. His expertise spans everything from grazing strategy and herd management to business decision-making, making him a highly sought-after educator for ranchers looking to improve both land and profitability.

Robert and Stacy are the owner-operators of Nantz Land & Cattle. For over 15 years they endured the typical struggles of conventional ranching. All that changed in 2023 when they welcomed regenerative practices into their operation. Regenerative ranching has changed everything for the better- their cattle, their land, their soil, their bottom dollar, and most importantly their mindset.

Acres U.S.A. is North America’s oldest publisher on production-scale organic, ecological and regenerative farming. For more than 50 years, our mission has been to help farmers, ranchers, market gardeners and land owners grow food profitably and regeneratively
We offer a full range of educational products — including books and pamphlets, a monthly magazine, webinars, podcasts, online courses and both large-venue and on-farm events — to help producers find timely, practical and well-tested knowledge and advice on just about any agricultural topic
Acres U.S.A. is committed to providing information about agricultural production systems that can regenerate the soil, support the farmer and rancher, and bring healthy, nutritious food to the consumer. We bring both new and time-tested voices to the discussion of “what is to be done” when it comes to building soil health, raising healthy animals and growing nutritious crops. We amplify the work of modern agricultural leaders and innovators, and we support all efforts to increase the resilience of our farms and ranches — and the people who anchor and feed our nation.
The books we sell, and the speakers at our events, and the editors of our monthly eNewsletter and farmer-facing website represent generations of experience in building — not mining — soils. The lessons they teach are fundamental: to farm economically, one must do so ecologically.
